Hello! I am Jasmine! I am an artist and I absolutely love working with my hands and making things makes me very happy. I specialize in realism painting, especially still life's, but have been having fun branching out into witchy illustrations. I am a kitten foster mom, house ravenclaw, and have an infp personality. I am excited to make something special for you!

QUICK NOTE: I live in the boonies and have my mail picked up out of a dropbox so sometimes it takes an extra couple of days for my mail to actually get postmarked. I try to send things early to counter this but that is not always the case so please be understanding of this if your mail is postmarked after the swap deadline. So far I have been early with all of them but knowing how hard it is to get mail (I don’t see the postman everyday) it might not get picked up right away, I went a whole week once last year without getting my mail picked up because of a shortage of drivers but usually it is only a couple days max. It also may take me a little while to rate you because I only drive into town once a week to my post box since gas is so crazy now! I am diligent about sending swaps so if for some reason you have not received it please contact me because it might have gotten lost and I will resend you the swap. Happy swapping!

Historical period fiction! Currently on the 12th book of the wheel of time which is a great series if you haven’t read it.

My favorite author is Anne Rice and I love vampires, her vampires especially because they all come from different time periods and she did a great job with researching that time period and giving a historically accurate portrayal of the period.

I also love gothic classics and british literature like Picture of Dorian Grey, Frankenstein, The White Woman, Jane Eyre etc.

Love chuck palahnuik, tom robbins, stephen king, and am up for most books in general.

Art anything art I love art it is one of my greatest passions. My current obsession is watercolor but I also paint in acrylic and oil and trying out gouache this year.

I also love journaling and pen-paling and love stationary.

I especially love items created with white, black and text/typography, grey neutrals, and stamped inks or calligraphy, floral patterns if not bright, patterns with no bright colors or with colors less saturated.

I love dark academia aesthetic and dark romantic goth witchy vibes along with dark cottage core. I also secretly love kawaii pastel things, shhh cause it’s a secret 🤫! I do love receiving kawaii themed mail sometimes but it isn't personal aesthetic or style but is very fun to get letters inspired by it that others make. I won’t use kawaii extras but will pass them on to penpals. I will always appreciate getting black and white kitties and cute girls, foxes, and witchy things like stars and moons, homey cottage house and landscapes, plants, and ghibli, harry potter

I collect bones and natural objects and would love my house to look like a natural history museum and library. I love insects specifically moths, butterflies, bees, and beetles. Currently getting into bug pinning and embroidery.

I love the colors eggplant purple, black and white and grey, dirty colors and jewel tones, mauve, dark teal and olive green. I love dark florals and black and white illustrations. I also love rose gold, copper, silver, and pewter metallics.

Love vintage papers and illustrations. Love stamping and collaging mixed media letters with illustrations and flip books.
