When I was hospitalized a year ago my iPhone was my lifeline, more than the machines. I was texting with my family, emailing with my spouse (he doesn't text), listening to audio books (and checking out new ones from the library), keeping up with Facebook and Swap-bot, ... because the hospital has wifi. It was a great distraction through several days without food. The only problem was not having a charger with me and my spouse took care of that in a jiffy.
Welcome back! I'm sorry to see you've been sick. I check on you once in awhile because of your mention of an oxygen concentrator in the "What Do You Hear" thread. I hope your little dog is doing well and the two of you have been reunited. Sending best wishes for a strong recovery! (And looking forward to seeing you again in the PFs :-)
