I'm not a real matchy matchy type either. I'm married--raised 4 boys--loVe to visit with friends & share a pot of coFFee. I've crafted all my liFe but have neVer concentrated on one craft. SinCe I'm a Born Again ChrisTian, I loVe reaDing & stuDying the Bible & haVe many {many} books by JoyCe Meyer & other authors. I've reCently disCovered the Message Bible --- such easy reading that at times I can't put it down for hours. I also enjoy craft books[if only to look at the pictures to get my creaTive juices floWing.] Country magazines fill nooks in every room in my home. I love reLaXing with a cup of coffee & a magazine!! I dream of living in one of those country homes some day!

I love scrapBooking & jewelry making at the moment! I crocheted most of my Christmas gifts this year tho. When I was younger, I enJOYed cross-stitch but the olDer I get it's just too hard to SEE. Distressing is the name of the game for me. I do prefer OLD STUFF, thereFore I usually make things look as tho they were old. I started collecting rusty stuff many years ago--[everyOne thought that I'd lost my mind]--toDay lots of folks love rusty stuff..♥..I love, love aLtering stuff like books, gamePieCes etc. Jewelry making has been a passion for a couPle of years & I do enJOY collecting beads & charms etc. [anything to do with jewlery making is fanTasTic]

Guess I should tell a little more about what I like cuzz I find it much easier when I know about the perSon I'm crafting for. I don't really like BRIGHT colors--I am a more neutral person [earth tones to be eXact. I'm not a modern gal at all!! I do like some BLING when it comes to some jewlry but am so sporty (sorta) that I seldom dress up. I have Pandora jewelry so I wear the dominoes & scrabble tile jewelry I create most of the time. I'm not a fan of scarey stuff--nothing halloweenish--nothing rockerish[?]--nothing gorey or bloody--no vampires etc. But I do love the fall & all thoSe colors!!! I also enJOY journaling & decorating each page with alphabet letters & stickers that suit the situation of the day. Really like to go camping, collect OLD coke stuff, LoVe stars!
