Hello! I'm Pauline, a 20-something girl who satisfies her wanderlust at least through postcards.
I love the sun, taking pictures, eating streetfood, religiously watching tv shows, quirky things and adventures.
Out of my hobbies two of my most favorite things are watching movies and reading books. I always set a goal every year to finish a number of movies and books. This year I cut my book goal down to 15 and my movie list to 150. Wish me luck!
I collect keychains, ticket stubs, used stamps and would love to know the story behind them.
I also love travelling and seeing what's in store for me in each place I visit. And oh, the food is the one I always look forward to.
I've been re-introduced to the world of snail mail a few years ago after discovering Postcrossing. I didn't know other people still took snail mailing to heart and they actually do it with such enthusiasm. I understood them after receiving my first ever batch of postcards.
So I'm always looking forward to your surprises!
Jane Austen's novels especially "Pride and Prejudice". Chuck Palahniuk's "Rant". And mostly novels that belong to the Young Adult category.
My music taste is quite varied. To give you an idea: Oasis, Adele, The Naked and Famous, Passion Pit, Frank Ocean, Grimes, Phoenix, Coldplay, Led Zeppelin, Two Door Cinema Club, and a lot more.
To top that all off, I'm a big fan of TVXQ and BIG BANG. Yes, they are kpop boybands. And yes, I'm also a part-time fangirl. But please, don't be intimidated by it. I can proudly say that I love them primarily for their music. Them being good-looking and adorable are just icing on the cake :)
I love watching romance-comedy movies from the 50's, 60's and early 70's. I also like John Hughes films.
Audrey Hepburn is timeless and is my all time favorite. I have a boxset of her movies and it's a little treasure that I love having in my collection.
I adore postcards especially the non-touristy type of cards, unusual ones.

Currently, I'm open to swaps. Anything, as long as it could fit in a pouch, then it's good to go!
Keychains, fridge and flat magnets, candies, stickers, bookmarks, etc.
I will always send because I believe in karma and 1s aren't really pretty on a profile.
I send postcards stamped and naked, except when it's indicated in a swap that it should be in an envelope.
Some of you might already know this, but the mail system in our country is painstakingly slow. Incoming and outgoing mails take weeks, so don't fret when things are, well, slow.
If you think you've waited long enough (say a month or so) please leave me a message and I'll try my best to fix it :)
