HELP

Do you have fabric scraps that could be cut into squares of 2 1/2/"? I am making a hexagon quilt and I want to use random fabrics. Please PM me if you would like to trade this kind of stash. I will cut 50 squares of fabric I have for your 50.

Who me?

I am an English teacher, but I traded in my interactive whiteboard and pen to be a SAHM.I have 3 sons. In our home the toilet seat is always up!

I love all crafts; paper, card, fabric, clay. Pretty much anything goes I am a bit of a crafty magpie.

Books I am reading

God's own word, The Bible. I love it there is so much in there.

I read lots of things online, but as for books I rarely find the time as my fingers are usually busy doing something or other.

I've been watching

Documentaries, natural history, Wallander.

What I'm making

At the moment I am making lots of little hexagons for a paper piecing project which I have yet to plan. Sometimes being randoms suits my fingers.

Handcarved stamps and stickers from the aforementioned. I love them.

My fingers love handmade

felt creations, sewn things(both machine and hand), embroidery, papermache, airdrying clay, doll and soft/plush toys, dressmaking, knitting, crochet, painting, collage and pretty much everything else in between.

Lovin' and not lovin'

LOVIN'

all colours, I go through phases but always love shades of red and green.

I love Kawaai, vintage and quirky whimsical styles. But not all in one design as I cannot imagine that it could ever work.

NOT LOVIN'

magical, wiccan, pagan, angels, anything that has spiritism within its content. Please respect my wishes and don't send me items like this. I don't love vampires, zombies and the like either. Sorry just not my bag.

On rating, swapping and postin

I will rate everyone I receive something from. I will give hearts for a job well done. I don't require extras please don't feel obligated.

I will aim to post way ahead of the deadline. If I felt that I could not complete the swap I would rather jump out, in the unlikely event that I did miss a deadline I would pm the host and recipient(s). I have no intention of letting people down so I really hope my contingency plan never comes into play.

I live in the UK. Please be aware that things can take some time to cross the Atlantic.

If you are late with posting just let me know. Life can get in the way. We swap for fun, it should never feel hard.
