10/10/20: I'll slowly be cutting back on swaps especially during snowy season to reduce my commute to the Post Office :( and also to spend time with my family during Thanksgiving and the holidays. Hopefully I'll keep my word lol, sending and receiving happy mail is so addicting!

About Me

Hello! I'm a woman living in the US working as a financial accountant by day and a snail mailer at night! I prefer doing INTERNATIONAL swaps because I like discovering interesting stationeries from other countries!! So, if you are from a foreign country, I would love to receive some stationery that you can only find locally! :)

I enjoy spending time with my husband and my kids (2 sons and 1 daughter)! My family and I like to spend time with our dog, our puppy is starting to get old (noooo). During my downtime on the weekends, I like to journal early in the morning with my coffee. I do junk journals where I do mostly collaging with stickers, rubber stamps, washi tapes, and journaling cards. My journal entries consist of recipes I want to try, list journaling prompts, and just my inner thoughts and life in general.

I found swapbot on accident! I did quite a bit of sticker swaps on a Facebook group, and swapbot was briefly mentioned. I was addicted to sending and receiving happy mail, but I wanted more than just receiving stickers. I'm very glad I found this site because I have a tendency to hoard stationery supplies and now it is forcing me to share my stationery goodies!

I used to live in Hawaii and I had access to unlimited Japanese stationery, but I've moved to a different state and I miss it so much.. I LOVE Japanese, Korean and Taiwan stationery!!

I LOVE STICKERS!! I have a stash in a Size 9 Nike shoe box. I would like to share my sticker collection as well as do some mail art with my rubber stamp and washi tape collection.

MY FAVORITE AESTHETICS/THEMES- botanical/floral/sakura, woodland theme (birds/fall/autumn/nature/bees/owl/🍄/fox), Valentine’s/XOXO/hearts, under the sea/beach/mermaids/nautical theme, kawaii (the ones with the little cute eyes haha), constellation/celestial (stars, planets, galaxy), desserts/sweets/pastries/baking/kitchen, Hawaiian Theme (hibiscus, flamingo, pineapple, seashell, coconut, toucon, hula girl, volcano etc.), winter theme NOT Christmas (ie snowflakes, snow, hot chocolate, fireplace, reindeer, sweaters)

Looking forward to receiving and sending happy mail. :) And just a fair warning, I tend to sticker bomb/decorate my envelopes to my swap partners haha! My daughter also helps me decorate these envelopes too.

Likes/Favorite Goodies

*Imported Stationery: I’m a huge lover of stationery made in Korea, Japan, Italy or Taiwan anything ranging from stationery papers, sticky notes to stickers. :) [If you are from a foreign country, I would love to receive some stationery that you can only find locally]

*Snail mail supplies: letter writing sets with envelopes, decorated envelopes, postcards, address labels, envelope seal stickers, wax seals buttons...

*Postcards - Prefer Non Touristy Postcards, Japan Gotochi, Glossy Postcards, Under the Sea (mermaids, seahorsy, narwhals, etc.), Foreign Country Postcards, Sticker Bomb Postcards, Patterned postcards, botanical/floral/sakura/cherry blossoms, animals/birds postcards, Pixar/Disney postcards]]. >>I like postcards sent naked with a handwritten message on them whether it's what your plan for the day/month is, a punny joke, recommended non touristy place/food/restaurant in your state/country, favorite inspirational quote. I also like cool stamps on the postcard (a preference, not necessary).

*Certain unique, interesting colorful textured papers: Anything Japanese paper (ie origami paper, Awagami paper, washi paper), grid paper, glittery/gold foiled/silver foiled/shimmery paper, embossed paper, mulberry paper, Lokta paper, vellum paper, glassine paper, brown kraft paper

*Anything I can use for journaling (ie journaling cards, die cuts, journal pockets, pressed flowers)

Fruit themed stationery (orange🍊, kiwi, watermelon🍉, lemon🍋, cherry🍒, coffee ☕️) yes, coffee is a fruit

*Stickers: I LOVE STICKERS!!!!??!! My favorites are: micro/tiny stickers, dogs, unicorns, llamas, giraffes, daily life activities stickers, Baby Yoda, clear transparent stickers without a white background, cute/Kawaii, stamp stickers, rub on stickers, food/dessert puns, Owls, cupcake/dessert/sweets, Japanese sticker brands (MINDWAVE, San-X), Korean sticker brand (Suatelier), Made in Taiwan, Mrs. Grossman, Stickopotamus, Vintage Sandylion (Canada), gold foil, hearts, washi type stickers, Sakura/cherry blossoms/floral stickers, dragons, anything happy mail related, Stickii Club, Pipsticks, and anything nautical/beach/under the sea related (ocean, seashells, mermaids, seahorses, whale, dolphins), holographic stickers

*Any floral stationery (my favorite flowers are cherry blossoms, roses, poppies, daisies, and sunflowers)

*Favorite Colors: gold, any shades of blue (royal blue, teal, turquoise), baby yellow, orange, pink, silver, lavender, mint, periwinkle, jewel tones

*Anything with snail mail theme or happy mail theme

*Notecards: Blank Notecards with blank envies. I love sending notes and writing

Likes Favorite Goodies

*USPS Postal stamps (brand new or used), International Stamps (florals, birds, botanical, kawaii, animals), Japan Nippon stamps

*Washi tape: Prefer tapes with silver foil, rose gold foil, or gold foil on them. Preference: cupcake/dessert washi tapes, snail mail/happy mail washi tapes, floral/leaves/botanical washi tapes

*Jewelry, charms. I like to make and handcraft bracelets

*Handmade items: I like seeing people's creativity! It doesn't have to be a handmade blanket haha, it can be something small like a painting or drawing, or something very creative like handmade envelopes, handmade snail mail flip book/pocket folders.

*Handwritten letters: It's very rare these days that I get a handwritten letter in my mailbox..it's a dying art due to technology

*Kawaii Stationery Paper and Vintage Kawaii Sticker Flakes: Love My Melody, Rilakkuma, Sentimental Circus & Orange Story (these are vintage, I don't think it's being sold anymore)

*Planner stickers (I’m not a planner, I go with the flow, don’t need reminders to brush my teeth), and I use my iPhone for appointment reminder, Teacher/reward stickers (WOW, Magnificent, Excellent, Keep up the good work, etc) bleh, Lisa Frank stickers, Barbie, Elmo or anything for little girls

*Kids Craft/Art Supply Materials: (ie pipe cleaners, buttons, pompoms, sequins, googly eyes). Please don't send me these. I hate to do this, but I'm just going to throw these away :(

*Plain scrapbook paper, small pieces of scrapbook paper less than an index card, boring/ripped papers (ie plain piece of zerox paper)

*Postal Stamps (both international and US) prefer NOT to receive used or new stamps with MEN on it or man's head and buildings (don't mind castles)

*AliExpress and Wish (I probably won't know, but I hate Chinese low quality stationery)

*Vintage angel, Victorian ladies, macabre themed stuff (medieval, skulls, potions, snakes, crows)

*CATS (I’m a dog lover for life)

*Sports stuff (sport team logos)

*Anything to do with crocheting, knitting, sewing - I don't know how to do any of it.

If at anytime, you do not receive my swaps, please please message me! I am happy to resend another. I am never late with my swaps and am on time with meeting swap deadlines. If their are multiple swap partners for a swap, I mail altogether at the Post Office. I do read all my swap partners profile and tailor accordingly (even sender’s choice swap) because I want to brighten everyone's day with happy mail!

Comment: Thank you for the cute letter and little envie of flakes. I saw the Stickii advent books but decided to pass. I'm already getting 2 subscriptions from them and 2 others (also stickers). Plus I just got a box of kawaii penpalling supplies from Japan and it's not my birthday...LOL I do buy the chocolate ones or make them myself. The past couple of years I have signed up for a Tea Advent Swap. Those are a lot of fun. Take care and stay well. :)
