As a full-time college student, I may not be able to be active on this platform daily. However, I promise to return and participate whenever I can. If I am hosting any swaps, I will update them periodically to meet the deadlines. If you need any assistance, feel free to reach out to me via message.
Hello, I'm a mail artist and the founder of the South Sound Letter Writers Society. Our club's mission is to promote and encourage the power of letter writing. I have a passion for airmail colors, postoids or faux postage, and paper goodies. Whimsical jewelry and mason jars also capture my interest. I am an expert in creating care packages, and I believe that little details can make a significant difference.
My favorite colors include teal, lemon green, and leaf green, as well as Fuschia, deep purple, deep magenta, white/transparent, golden, black with polka dots, and any other cute patterns. I love floral, camera, vintage, botanical, apothecary mail stamps, hearts, lambs, and butterfly themes. Additionally, I'm skilled in graphic design and photo editing, and I enjoy creating new stationery pieces for my penpals.
There are certain things that I don't particularly enjoy or want to receive:
Additionally, I don't appreciate lateness, flakiness, lost items in the mail, rudeness, foul language, minty flavored things (including lipstick), plumping lipsticks or glosses, spicy food, or unfair ratings.
One thing in particular that makes me uncomfortable is the use of the expression "OMG!" Please refrain from sending me any stickers with this phrase on them or using it in any correspondence with me. Thank you!
AI have a keen interest in antiques and oddities, as well as woodland creatures and vintage writing instruments such as inkwells and dip pens. I particularly enjoy stationery sets featuring birds, French macaroons, and other unique designs, as well as care packages and old photographs. I often browse for random items that can be repurposed into unique pieces of jewelry, handmade envelopes, and items from my Etsy wishlist. Additionally, I enjoy browsing thrift stores and finding unique treasures at stores like Tuesday Morning and Marshalls.
As a mompreneur, I have a crew of four daughters ranging in age from 8 to 18. For over 15 years, I have had a personal relationship with Jesus and consider myself a Christian. I believe that he came to Earth as a man, died, rose from the dead, and will soon return for his church. Being a Christian is not about feeling superior to others but rather striving to live like Jesus and treating my neighbors with the same love and kindness as I would want for myself.
I am not interested in receiving stuffed animals, kawaii stickers, key chains, round earrings (both big and bulky), items in red and black or brown and yellow, knitting supplies, scented candles (especially pumpkin scented), cross stitch kits, journaling cards for scrapbooking, tea, and hard candy. However, please note that I am a type 2 diabetic, so I cannot accept any type of candy or chocolate. Additionally, I would appreciate children's or reward stickers and Dollar Tree goodies, but only if the swap is specifically for Dollar Tree or dollar spot items.
If you haven't received a swap from me, please let me know so that I can address the issue. I take every swap as a commitment of trust, and I have a track record of successful swaps. If I feel like I won't be able to meet a deadline or any other requirement, I won't participate in the swap.
Mail delivery isn't as reliable as it used to be, and there are often delays and mishaps. Please be patient and keep in mind that swapping helps keep USPS alive. Being unkind or confrontational because you haven't received your swap won't make it arrive any faster. I will only resend a swap once or twice in case of extenuating circumstances. Let's follow the golden rule and be good sports.
I always strive to go above and beyond for every swap and will do my best to make it right if you reach out to me in a kind manner and work with me to find a solution.
