Hi, I am Connie, wife and mother. I have been married for 26 years and have a wonderful daughter! I have an identical twin( and yes her name is Bonnie!!) Mom had to come up with names quickly, they were expecting a baby boy!! Surprise!!!!. I think that is where I have received my love of surprises. The whole swapping thing was new to me, but I have quickly become addicted too it. I am also a licensed Optician,I was a Girl Scout leader for 11 years. But now that I have found this site, I do believe the craft side of me is coming back out. 04/21/10 We have a new addition to the family!! A 6 week old schnoodle puppy. Her name is Evie. I lost my beloved Sandy on 02/27/10. But the house was empty without a fur baby running around, so in comes Evie. She is full speed, I was use to a 12 year old, and now this. I have my hands full, but I'm loving every minute.

I LOVE Christmas! The decorations, the lights, the music ( I hum X-mas songs all year) the yummy smells, the Christmas cards, shows, and all the wonderful, and happy spirit of the season. I see more smiles and cheerful looks during this time of year than any other time.

Oct. 2010: I have started a new hobby. Yea!! I bought a new camera and several different lenses, and driving everyone around me crazy taking photos.. It has been great fun going on long drives and seeing new places, so I can get different shots...Sept 2015- Still loving my Photography!.. I got my Christmas present early this year from the DH, a new full frame camera!! I am one happy girl!!!...

2019: MY New Year resolution, was to enjoy the simple and pure things in life.and what a wonderful year it has been!!! More family time, cookouts, games,and crafts, Spending as much time at the beach, fishing, kayaking, taking night strolls. Picnics at the lake, and wonderful long drives in the country! Life is good :) , No keeping up with the Jones, No drama, just pure happiness! This is the only resolution I think I have every keep. Fingers crossed we keep going strong for years to come!

Old Vintage items I can use in a Still Life photo, like my last one I shot I used long gloves, vintage lipstick case, long necklace,earring and vintage mirror .It made a great photo to hang!! So anything with interest.Ex: Vintage Item

I usually go with nothing really on my mind and just enjoy the surprise I hope to find!!!
