2 May 024 -- I am feeling sad and a little lonely. Last week I had to put my fur baby, Indy, to sleep.She had been ill on and off for several weeks. After all the tests, she had cancer. I put her to sleep and I miss her something terrible.

18 August 2023 -- I am feeling somewhat better and want to start swap again, but slowly. I miss receiving Happy Mail.

31 January 2023 -- I have been ill for the last few months and will no longer be participating in swaps until I am feeling better. If you have not received a swap from me, please contact me so we can fix the problem. I want to thank all of the friends I have made here on swap Swap Bot. I will miss you all.

3 August 2022 -- If you have not received a swap from me, please let me KNOW before you rate me. I want to opportunity to resend it. 2 December 2021 -- things here have finally settled down (at least I hope so). I would like to start swapping again. This time I want to do it slowing so as it is not over whelming. We have moved again ...out of the care facility and into a modular home in an over 55 community. My husband seems to be doing a little better here, although he uses a wheelchair must of the time. My husband has Parkinson's Disease. I am feeling better being here. Feeling calmer and more organized than I was the rest of the year. Thank you to all who have been understanding.

15 April 2021 -- I will be taking a break from swapping; due to some ongoing issues at home. Anyone that I owe a swap with, shall receive it.

6 January 2021 -- I live in the independent portion on a senior campus. There are 900 residents and 1200 employees. On December 22, we were told we again have Corvid-19 on campus. Then on December 28, the campus went into full shutdown: no visitors in; residents can only go out to medical appointments. Mail is going out and is coming in but not in a timely fashion. So if I have not rated you since the 22rd, or you haven't received a swap from me please try to understand my situation. Thank you.

I have been married to a wonderful man for 24 years.

After 40 years, I retired from nursing. We adopted a 2 year old female Shih Tzu named Independence. Indy is blind; she lost her vision about 2 weeks before adopted her from a rescue.
I love the beach and water.

MY LIKES: COLORS--1) all shades of blues, aqua, teal 2) combination of yellow, gray, black 3) then most color combos FOOD--- cheese pizza with or without french
fries;watermelon; "Blooming Onion"
from Outback; green salads; cement mixer from Culver's, dark chocolate. MUSIC --- 60's, 70's, 80's, Disco, and some country (Alan Jackson, Toby Keith, Reba, Kenny Rogers, Don Williams, Randy Travis). I like to dance. READING --- I preferences in authors changes from time to time

DISLIKES --- spiders & snakes; the dentist; liver & onions; heights; talking about religion or politics.

ME ......CRAFTY--- scrapbooking, decorating my calendars (aka planners), tole painting, card making, mixed media, ATC. I guess I'm what you call a "gypsy" crafter...I don't have a speciality because I like to do different crafts at different times.
