I'm a 22 year old female, living in rural Ohio. Although I love it here, I sometimes get bored. I go to school full time, and I work part time, too. In August, my fiancee and I are expecting a baby girl! We're very excited to welcome her into our lives! (If SHE is actually a HE, we'll be ok, too!)
I have a beautiful fur baby. His name is Atticus, he is about 1.5 years old, and is a Bengal Marble Tabby. I love, love, love my cat! You could call me a crazy cat lady, but I don't consider myself to be one of those...lol. My fiancee surprised me with him a little over a year ago, and I was shocked. I had no plans of ever owning a cat, and was actually researching dogs at the time. Well, let's just say that Atticus is a very special guy. We've been through a lot together, and there isn't a single dog I would trade him for!
I was raised sewing with my Mom. I am by no means a talented seamstress, but I enjoy making things that have lots of straight lines! My most recent craft was a little catnip toy for Atticus.
I also dabble in scrabooking. Someday, I hope to have an actual scrapbook! I save lots of bits and pieces, pictures, snapshots, etc...if only I could put them together! (Someday!)
I like just about everything!
My favorite shows are Grey's Anatomy, Greek (which I haven't watched in aaaaaages!) It's Me or the Dog, Clean Sweep, Desperate Housewives of New York, Shimmy (an exercise show), various baby shows, and random bride/bridezilla shows.
In the summer of 2007, I got to visit my family in Germany. It was the greatest trip of my entire life. Not a day goes by where I don't talk/think/breath/eat/etc about it. I hope to someday return, and maybe, just maybe live there. What I find most interesting are the historical places. I was located in Northwestern Germany, in Halter, Visbek. It's simply stunning.
IHello Kitty, fabrics (especially vintage ones!), anything M2M G, chapstick, lip gloss, bags, White Cheddar Macaroni and Cheese, catnip treats for my kitty (not food treats, he doesn't like them), stationary! I LOOOVE sending snail mail, nearly anything with chocolate or coffee, Mary's Moo Moos, stuff with Holstein cows, anything involving rural Germany, anything with German language, postcards from other countries (not just Germany) :), comments on my blog, ZTA things, Vera Bradley, pen-pals, books (I just finished the Twilight saga), probably scads of other things I can't think of right now too!
My favorite colors are ... well, all of them. :) You'd be hard pressed to find colors I don't care for!
Hatred...of any kind. I am a tolerant person, and I love learning about things I'm not familiar with. I wish others shared the same view.
I do not need: shower gels, Bath & Body Works type things (except for Wallflowers, I'm addicted to those), candles (I sell them), and anything you wouldn't feel proud to give your Grandma
