Comment: Thanks, I found the videos really interesting -- liked Revolverheld and checked out a few more of their videos :) I liked the Silbermond one as well, but wished I could understand what the people were talking about -- seemed like a really interesting concept for a video :)
Comment: Thank you for all the music! I used to study german in school and it's funny how I can understand quite well when listening to the songs, but I couldn't probably speak it at all anymore. Danke schön!
Comment: I like PLL too, though I've only seen the first two seasons. I have to catch up >.< Love the Sherlock quote and the story about your autograph and letter from the model Karlie Kloss. That's so sweet!
Response: Thank you! Season 3 and 4 of PLL are sooo exciting, you have to watch them;)
Comment: I think Alison is your favorite caracter in Pretty Little Liars, mine is Hannah, I love her style and I think she is very nice. Pretty Little Liars is my favorite TVshow too, together with Once Upon a Time and Gossip Girl. Thanks for your nice e-mail. :)
Comment: As swap host, I felt her swap did not meet requirements. Swap stated "no one word answers" of which there were multiple, with multiple questions not answered. Gave Katharina a chance to resend, and she declined to do so. UPDATE: 08/12/14 I told Katharina twice that I would look past those specific questions she mentioned as yes/no, if she would answer the other 4 or 5 questions that were not yes/no questions as well as the 3 questions that weren't answered at all, but she declined to do so. I was willing to give all chance to make the swap right. She decided not to do so, and blocked me. There was nothing else I could do at that point, and I fully stand behind my rating.
Response: Difficult to answer Yes/NO Questions more detailed then I did. A Question like "Do you have an e-reader?" can only be anwered with yes or no (and I even added which one I have). Another example "Do you have a blog where you post about books? If so, give your URL". As I don't have any blogs there's not much to say then "no". If that's what's requested the question should couched differently. But that's the job of the host - not mine.
That's what I told ImzadiRose (I don't use real names here..^^) in my message.
4 of 5 partners which received my Q&A too rated with 5+heart so it's more likely the host didn't understand her own questions or just enjoys to give bad ratings. Either way, I would never ever participate in a swap hosted by her again.
Update: I received exactly ONE Message by this person which I replied to. About the "not answered questions" I have indeed some examples: Here's what this person defines as "NOT answered"
Q Name a book that made you angry.
I wrote that I don't remember such a book.
Q: Do you read for enjoyment or to gain knowledge?
Well, looks like I answered them. Maybe the host didn't like the answers (or didn't understand them), but that doesn't change the fact that I DID answer them.
After that, I of course blocked her because I don't really want to start a penpal-thing via messages or in this rating section. So no further comment from me on this. Thankfully there are better hosts on swap-bot than this one.
So Dear ImzadiRose, keep on responding to this as it seems like you have too much time, I don't really care and I won't respond anymore because I have better things to do. Like getting in touch with..nicer people here;)
Comment: Thanks for the swap :) By the way, can you suggest a few of Stephen King's books that you like to me? I only start reading his work this year, and I'm thinking of buying more but I don't know which to choose. Tq :P
Response: Thank you!
Sure! I'll send you a message:)
Comment: I like how you did your E-mail. Really different net on word online. Hahahaha funny how you make people look so good on photo shop hahahahaha. I hope you travel to your spots someday. Wow smart special gift to your friend.
Comment: Thank you for the book recommendation - I've added to my Kindle already! Regarding postcards for your friend, if you'd like one from Bermuda or Japan, please let me know. I'd love to be a part of your surprise.
Response: Thank you! I hope you'll like it as much as I do:)
