Don't let it worry you. I've had this happen with Helen before. I had PM'd her asking if my swap had arrived, and she read my PM and with no response...a few weeks later just rated a 1 and left a comment that I had not communicated with her. She is not very organized, but do believe she will re-rate. She did for me. Don't let it ruin your day:)
She is making a fuss over nothing. I received a swap posted to me on the 29th of October 2012 today, the 5th of January 2013. Things do get lost or miss sent. Mine I received have been to numerous places before it got to me.
