Late February-April 2023 Update I just got accepted for a booth at a local craft/vendor sale, and I couldn't be more excited! I can finally achieve one of my goals: To sell my handmade and upcycled jewelry at a vendor fair! Making and upcycling thrifted jewelry has always been one of my favorite hobbies (next to swapping of course) and I can't wait to be able to shared my creations with other in my area. Because of this news, however, I am going to be participating in way less swaps than I normally do in order to make some inventory for my booth. I will still be completing my current swaps with all of my usual effort, but rating might take a little bit longer than usual.

Dec 2022/Jan-Feb 2023 Update I am currently dealing with some rough health issues and marital/family problems, and doing this is one of my favorite ways to cope. If any of my swaps fall short, please message me and I will make things right. I also wouldn't mind motivational quotes or messages in swaps, as it's just a little something to keep me going.

Hi! My name is Katie, but I usually go by Bug. I'm a 20yo photographer/substitute teacher in training here in the midwest US.

I live with my husband in a small rental mobile home, but we are currently searching for our first house together! We share many of the same interests, such as gaming and cooking, but crafting and swapping doesn't interest him much :P

I have 4 tattoos, and plan to get more in the coming years. My favorite piece is my mushroom-crystal design on my forearm, but my heart spotted cow is a close second.

I am a big nature lover, and love being out in it when I can. I am big into sustainability and frequently reuse anything I can. I also love making things using said reused items, most of my cleaning supplies being homemade. I have recently gotten into making homemade lotion, and I can't go back to store bought after feeling this stuff on my skin.

I do like to play video games, but I haven't been on most games recently, mostly just due to being busy. I have Steam on my PC, where I have over 100 games, and I have a couple staple games on my Switch I play infrequently.

If you feel your swap from me didn't meet the swap guidelines or hasn't arrived, please PM me first. I am more than willing to resend swaps or make it up to you. Usually, there is either an issue with the post office, or a misunderstanding on my part and I am always willing to make things right. I haven't had an issue with it yet, but if there is a miscount on items or something related to numbers or counting, it is due to my learning disability. I usually have my husband double check my addresses and coutning, but sometimes he's unable to before the swap gets sent. Please be honest and reasonable in your ratings and judgements, and once again, please message me if there is an issue with a swap.
