Hi... I absolutely love real post... I love my mobile phone but it's a little sad they have taken over the world! I adore getting real mail through the post... letters...postcards... small packages and if you're inclined to add your own art or personal touches, go for it, I will really appreciate it.

My interests, reading, make up, going to the pub, anything to do with nursing, English history-particularly the Tudor period, I like anything old and a bit romantic... Think pride and prejudice or Robin Hood type!

I love getting out for drinks with my friends- a beer, a gin&tonic, cocktails,wine...

I'm English but I live in Northern Ireland... I love the UK and Ireland.Ive travelled to quite a few countries so far...

I am so impressed by the world's postal services and am delighted every time I get a piece of mail and consider the journey it has made and the hands it's been through! I'm interested in any images or quotes or anything really relating to hand written correspondence. I really appreciate decorated or even handmade envelopes.

I always try to send quality post. Its my hobby so I dont mind spending a little on postage-international is always welcome, its great to connect with people around the world. I hope that when people receive mail from me, that they will feel it's of good quality and can tell I've put some thought into it. I will always check profiles and try to send something you will like and I will always rate!

I have no idea why people are so anti zazzle...I think they print some smashing images!- and far better quality postcards than some others I receive from people who say they don'tl like zazzle! So zazzle is always welcomed by me!

I work as a nurse which is a lovely job and I enjoy anything nursing related.

I like reading- I love books, poetry, quotes, letters, book recommendations...

Not to be demanding...But if possible I prefer postcards to be sent in envelopes..If it's not inconvenient to you!

I'm mainly here for penpal/letter/postcard type swaps and looking forward to conversing with you! I like anything connected to hand written correspondence... I like anything old... anything love letter related. I like anything romantic..

I'm not so keen on exchanging 'stuff,' I have far too much of it already... I'm more so into correspondence/letters/ postcards or stationery..

Particular images I like on postcards include, anything vintagey/old fashioned, pin-up women/handsome men/ vintage looking soldier's/sailors, anything related to handwritten correspondence, quotes, books, birds-especially robins, witches, vampires, mermaids, spirit world/angel type, anything related to monarchy, images relating to baths/bathing, old warrior/gladiator/knight type images.

Not to be ungrateful but I'm not such a fan of handmade postcards. I appreciate handmade envelopes or decoration on back of cards etc though...Nor am i that keen on multiview tourist type cards. I love decorative art/stamps/stickers/envelopes/paper etc and I enjoy colour but I don't really like overly childish looking decoration (unless you are a child or young person or the swap calls for it!- I'm in my thirties, early thirties!)

I'm always keeping an eye out for 'olde world' looking letter sets or stationery- Any paper or envelopes that looks like Jane Austen or Beatrix Potter or Mary Queen of Scotts might have used. I find the modern looking stationery lovely too but I would love to use something more vintage looking for some letters.- If you know where to get any or are interested in maybe doing a swap with me, do get in touch!

For other stationery I like all colours, can't think of any that offend me..tapes..stamps..designs and stickers, just nothing too childish looking..it's just not my taste or what I enjoy..I hope I don't sound demanding.. just honestly no point wasting these kiddie things on me... plain paper is even fine.. I do care about what you might write! I love swaps relating to actual letters and dont tend to take part in swaps relating to sending 'stuff.'

Quite partial to a Netflix binge... programmes I have enjoyed recently are: The Tudor's Madmen Call the Midwife Robin Hood- The BBC version Reign Broadchurch Downton Girls

I like documentaries. I like anything historical.

I enjoy British soaps like Coronation Street Eastenders

I enjoy made for TV dramatisations...mainly British ones/ docu-dramas.

I also like old British classics such as: Only fools and horses Mr.Bean Royle Family

Too many to mention. I love books, quotes reading and poetry.. I'm always happy for book recommendations or even book swaps!

Right now I'm reading: Born A Crime by Trevor Noah.

I like most music...

For postcard purpose's, I do particularly like musicals- on stage or on film, some of my favourites are, Chitty Chitty bang bang Les Mis Evita Chicago Mary Poppins

Or anything old looking-sheet music, person playing guitar, old fashioned looking images..dancers etc... I love Freddie Mercury and Queen, images of of stars like Elvis or David Bowie.
