Not sure how to get people to rate. Don't quite understand why they can't take the time to do it if they have logged on daily! I've sent two messages to the same person to varify they recieved a bookmark, no response! It's rude, more RUDE then not writing a "thank you" card! One person said in their profile that they were tired of being flaked on and they are only going to swap with people they have swapped with in the past. I may get to that point as I sincerely try to "hold up my end of the bargain" when I sign up for swaps. Too bad a few "bad apples" will spoil the whole thing:o(
