Don't be sorry. Stick with your convictions--you don't want to get a reputation for being soft. I thought my saying those things would let you understand that I did care what you thought--things are miserable here. So I am all right with your 3 because I technically may deserve it, but I think your insistence is hard nosed. I wish I'd just sent you any old glued crap to get the swap over with, but I put love into that thing, because I thought it was the right thing to do.
