Response: this is absolutely my fav!!! it's super easy to make if you prep everything ahead too. I make double the sauce for us since we love it, but you can easily put two little jars with all the spice for the marinade & sauce in your pantry ready for impromptu nights when you decide to make it, then it takes NO time at all! Just broil the chicken and make the rice while the sauce is on cooking and you're done in 30 minutes tops :)
