handmade envelope swap

You can also use freezer paper ironed to doilies, fabric and all sort of things. So don't throw away that freezer wrap from the butcher! When I come home from the butcher I place my goodies in special freezer boxes and keep the freezer paper (except the stuff that touched the meat!) Always ask the butxher for extra wrap and they will do it for you!

Crayons melted are great. A word of caution I have had my handcrafted envies returned when they go international.

Nikki Oaks/Scoutmom: I sent mine out to you, I hope they arrive safely, with the horrid mangled mail I've been receiving lately, I'm crossing my fingers! When you get the envelope--open it carefully, they are close to the edges inside( I made the outer envelope, too!)! I had bought some glue to put on the "lickable" parts that's supposed to work that way, but I didn't use it, for lack of confidence--I didn't have time to test it. A nice glue stick should work to seal them for you. Cyn

Dear FC in Mississauga, You didn't give your Swap-bot moniker in your package so I am not sure who you are on here. I do know you are a newbie, so a little friendly advice: please make a note to always give your Swap-bot name and the full name of the swap in your package when sending to your partner. Some of us are in multiple swaps (sometimes very similar ones too) and it can be difficult to identify both the swap and the sender. In any case, your package is just lovely - very well done, with notecards included! Thanks so much, too, for the stenciled and cross-stitched card and envelope with your kind message!
