It's a shame that 1koolkrafter was rated down for a swap that her partner simply didn't like. The right thing to do was to simply not rate. Anyone who has received a swap from Sheila knows what amazing swap partner she is. She is extremely thoughtful and generous. Sheila, this whole thing is unfortunate, and I'm truly sorry this has happened. If there is anything I can do, let me know.
