I live on the Seacoast in New Hampshire with my fiance and our houseplants. We're huge geeks. Our house is filled with computers, cookbooks, and homebrew. We like to watch Doctor Who, Grimm, and Supernatural.

I recently got married :-D We used Love & Lobster to get ideas. Our wedding was in a local science center with comfort food and a blues band. We will be honeymooning in Germany in 2013.

I am a pastry school drop out :-p The stress and heat of a professional kitchen was not for me. Instead I bake a lot at home. I received a professional grade (TARDIS Blue) stand mixer from my parents as a wedding gift. Other awesome appliances I own are a pizzelle press, Swedish waffle maker, and stove top milk steamer. I am happy to pass along recipes and formulas if you are looking for something to try.

My husband and I are home brewers. We made our first beer (Siren Stout) in Spring 2012. Now our house is filled with carboys, kegs, and kettles for brewing. Right now we are making hard cider. I will be making a special Mead soon.
