Favorite Books

I have so many favorite books! I'm an avid Outlander fan. I'm reading all the books (8 of them) for the second time. I also enjoy the series. I like the Harry Bosch detective series by Michael Connelly. I'm reading books by Sophie Kinsella. She is a wonderful funny author.

Favorite Music

Country Western - Beatles - Swing. Elton John is great. Rod Stewart is amazing! I love the group Il Divo. I am inspired by the music and story of Susan Boyle.

Favorite Movies

Mr. Holland's Opus - Great Movie! I also like Meg Ryan movies in my girly moments. Musicals. I very much like family oriented and light movies now.

Favorite Crafts

Scrapbooking, Rubber Stamping, Hand Embroidery

I belong to a CTMH card making group with my granddaughter, Brooklyn. I enjoy this club a lot because all we have to do is show up and craft! LOL

Pocket Letters are lots of fun.

About Me

I have a blemish on my Swap-Bot record because in 2018, I sent swap embellishments to a lady in the Netherlands twice. She didn't receive either envelope. She wouldn't provide a different address, so I gave up. She gave me a 1. It's the only non-5 mark I've ever received on Swap-bot.

I'm a Christian widow since November of 2015. I live in Lakewood Colorado, at the foot of the Rocky Mountains. I have two cats - Duster and Gertie. They're young and very energetic for an old lady, but we belong together. I'm a cat lover & I like stamped images of cats and dogs.
I like scrapbooking more than any other craft. Favorite Colors - blues of all kinds and sunset colors Favorite Swap Item - paper piecing items. I love ribbon, stamped images, die cuts, and paper. I'm basically a traditional person. I like flowers and Halloween and travel themes.

My favorite color is aqua marine.
birds cats & kittens flowers European Architecture History Oddities Postage Stamps Things that are blue (aqua) glitzy things anything concerning New York City or the Brooklyn Bridge (I have walked across that bridge at dawn -- Wow!) Butterflies Fairies, Owls, and gothic churches Gorjuss Girls images. I like traditional things, not so much the ultramodern stuff -- but I'm open to new types of things. (I'm on the computer afterall! LOL)

Comment: Hello Jeannie! Your teas arrived in my mailbox safe and sound. Lovely choices. I have been traveling in October - coincidentally - in Colorado! We made our base camp at my husband’s cousin’s House in Paonia and made weekend trips to the Southwest loop, Rocky Mountain natl park (2 days before the fire closed it) and Crested Butte/Gunnison. We traveled through tour neck of the woods three times! Such a small world. We really liked hey 6 from Golden to Idaho Springs. But being from Missouri, I was ready to be back nearer to sea level after four weeks a mile up or higher! Thank you thank you thank you and stay safe!
