Who am I?
I am danish. I am living in Denmark, on a fairly small island, in a huge weird and old house that used to be a windmill - dutch style. I am maried to a frenchman and we have 4 kids aged 12, 15, 17 and 19. (2 boys and 2 girls)
The family just got bigger: a tiny sweet yellow labrador puppy joined us on 5th june 2014!
I like to do creative things whenever I have a moment to spend, which unfortunately isn't as often as I would like, because of my fulltime job and the logistics of a big family
I just recently discovered ATC on Instagram and I have made some swaps there - they all went well and I really like to receive ATC and letters from near and far!
I am also a member of "Letter Writers Alliance" and enjoy it a lot! I now have 4 penpals, but would like to have more.
I like happyness. I don't understand generally grumpy people. I believe in positive communication and kindness.

ABBA - Scandinavian blood oblige! There is not a single ABBA song that I dont know by heart 😄
Agnes Obel - fantastic danish singer and songwriter.
Mozart - music for all kinds of mood you are in.
Medina - another danish singer. My kids find it amusing that mom likes modern music. Feel sooo old when they say that.

I don't see much TV at all. I find it boring and not very interesting.
In fact I only watch dvds now I come to think of it.

I like vintage and second hand stuff.
I like the idea that things some people does not like anymore, can get a new life in another home, where a new someone like this thing.
I have a lot of different cups and mugs, and I like to drink my tea in different mugs according to my mood!
I am christian (evangelic lutheran) so I obviously dont mind religious items. I don't mind not getting them either.
I enjoy getting to know other cultures! Hear about nature - the traditions - food - recipies - old stories - historical facts - etc.
I don't realy have dislikes. But I don't like dishonest people, or people that get vexed by this or that. I am not very fond of cats since Im allergic, and I certainly dont like creeps and insects.
Now if you for some reason posted late or just never got to it - then please let me know. I am not a monster, I know how life can be from time to time. I got 4 kids, husband, house, garden and full time job, remember? :-) And as you are the one joining the swap the least you could do is to tell your swap-partners why you didn't post.
I try to rate as soon as I get my swap to let people know it arrived and so I do get a little disappointed if people post late or don't have time to do the swap and don't even bother to let me know.
Pixie Dust...
On my third swap here - I learnt a lot about people - about the possibility to make someone happy thousands of miles away.
We lost our sweet labrador, named Pixie, in Easter 2014 and it was terrible for the whole family, but a small note - a kind word - in swap from at total stranger thousands of miles away, was so comforting thar our sorrow was less hard to carry!
Please remember that you can actually change peoples day - give them a smile or a virtual hug - just with a small note.
Please remember the magic of kindness!!
