Hi, my name is Phoe (Phoebe for the longer version) I want to keep this sweet and short, so I'll try and make this as simple as can be. I may be a newbie but I want to stay here long-term!

I am a culinary student in college. I love sharing recipes, journals, & food. I collect recipe books. I keep regular diaries. I am originally from Canada (eh?) But my parents moved here to the US!!

I live out in the middle of "I dont know where I am"-ville. I dont have much going on in my life except working at a little coffee shop, restocking books at libraries (volunteer) & cooking for my boyfriend. His favorite meals are spaghetti & pizza! During my free time I like to sit down and write in my journal, & take naps with my cat, Jeepers. Hes an old grouchy guy...and occasionally brings me mice as gifts.

P.S I'm also a cake decorator, donut baker, and a "chef" hehe, and one of my favorites is Tiramisu!
