Pen-palling has been a hobby of mine for a few years. I have been on Postcrossing for a few years, as well as LEX, LWA, and Sendsomething.net. I PROMISE to always rate and I PROMISE to never flake! Please expect that swaps from me will contain more writing and not much in the way of drawings, stickers, colorings, and such. I hope my swaps are creative and enjoyable, but I am not well-practiced in paper crafts or visual arts.

Collections: None, except postcards and letters of all kinds. I'm rather a minimalist.

Tea: Black, Green, White, Ginger, Licorice, but not fruity or citrus.

Treats: Not big on candy or chocolate.

Allergies: None.

Religion: I don't really care for religious-themed cards, etc. unless it is of Eastern Orthodox or Byzantine style. I am Eastern Orthodox Christian (not to be confused with Jewish). However, I am not a zealot or a fundamentalist.

I have also read everything by CS Lewis, not just the Narnia stuff. Fiction: I've read just about everything from Stephen King. I also enjoy Kazuo Ishiguro, most famous for Remains of the Day. A newer author I enjoy is Naomi Alderman.

I will usually see any movie that is critically-acclaimed. I like films based on a true story.

I also enjoy spooky, creepy horror films, but not slashers or "torture porn".

The classic black and white films of the 40s and earlier are a favorite. I love Charlie Chaplin's "City Lights". Buster Keaton is also a fave!

I've seen almost every Katharine Hepburn film ever. My favorites are the nine films she made with Spencer Tracy.
