I read pretty much anything EXCEPT for sci-fi and fantasy. Not too keen on romance. I don't like violence in a book. Guess I'm pickier than I thought.

I'm always open to book recommendations.

I just read The Outlander by Gil Adamson. The next book is out called Ridgerunner. I would highly recommend this author.

I know it sounds geeky, but I love Jeopardy. I love all crime shows. Chicago Fire, Sunday Morning, The Chase, NCIS, 60 Minutes. PBS has some really awesome programs!!

I give card making the old college try, but I am not anywhere close to most of the talent I have seen. It's harder than it looks!! Also do a bit of junk journaling.

Postcards have become quite a focus for me. I enjoy just about anything that I am sent. The variety is what's fun. I LOVE some of the stamps I've seen on the postcards.

I am a Christian. Please don't confuse that with being perfect. It is my goal to be a positive moment in your life, however brief.

I live in one of the most beautiful states in the country, in my opinion. I am a FREAK about coffee!!!!! Love Starbucks and Dutch Brothers. I am blessed to still have my parents. I realize that more as they get older. My ex-husband and I adopted three kids from social services. I could write a book about that experience.

Has anyone heard of letter boxing? I did it a few years ago and was thinking of starting up again. It's quite fun and can be done anywhere in the world. You should google it.

Many years ago, before we adopted three kids, my husband and I hosted five exchange students (not at one time, ha ha). It was a WONDERFUL experience. The students were from Brazil, China, Netherlands and Germany. We were able to travel to the Netherlands and Germany to visit two of them after we had stopped hosting. That was my only trip out of the States. I would just love to travel internationally again.

DISLIKES: Political anything, just NOT me. Please no cursing or foul language, nudity or anything that makes fun of another

LIKES: LOVE, LOVE Washi tape and stationery, vintage notecards and postcards, especially like Japanese stationery, retro postcards, anything flower themed

PURPLE is my favorite color. I do like SEAFOAM GREEN too.
