Hello everyone! I'm Inês, I'm 30, I'm from Portugal and I'm a photographer. I Love to travel and see the world. My favorite place so far is Alaska - I love to be in nature and Alaska is a paradise on Earth! I also love to read. My favorite book is "Walden" by H.D. Thoreau but I also like Oscar Wilde, Milan Kundera, Haruki Murakami, Patti Smith, Jostein Gaarder, Keri Smith, Afonso Cruz and others. My favorite movie is "Into the wild" but I also like "Remember me", "Mamma Mia!", "Dead Poets Society", "Good Will Hunting", "Backlight", etc. My favorite TV shows are "Friends", "Anne with an E", "La casa de Papel", "Gilmore girls", "New girl", among others. I always loved everything related with writing: letters, books, postcards, stamps, everything so I'm really exciting with swap bot ☺️
I'm also a member of Postcrossing since 2011.

From 1 July there are new taxes and compulsory customs for purchases outside Europe. Please, if you send me a package from abroad, don't write the price of the items on the envelope, otherwise I will have to pay a percentage, because it looks like purchases. Unfortunately this has happened to me more than once with a package from UK and USA, and I paid... Next time I will not accept the envelope, I'm sorry.
Stuff I like and stuff I use a lot in my journals:
tickets, bird/bee/bug pics/illustrations, old photos, pastel colour washi tape, vintage papers, tea or coffee dye paper, Tim Holtz material, mushrooms, handmade papers, wax seals, handmade items from different people, embelishments, vintage ephemera, transparent plant stickers, etc.

ok, thank you Inez ~ Hope you have a lovely day ❤️💌😍 I never used this function before :p
Yay! Your letter just arrived! And no, the first one never showed up. So sorry it got lost. I'll get back to you soon! Sending lots of love in the meantime.
Thank you so much for the late Christmas present... it's even more special because it arrived a bit late. And this way it got way more attention! ;-) Love the notebook and can't wait to read the Love Letters of Great Men. Thank you so much for being so kind to me! Sending love!
Feliz Natal! Just wanted to thank you again for making my days on December 21 to 24 with the Advent Calendar packages! Especially love the wooden sign and the vintage labels! Sending love your way! R.
Hi there - about making ink. My sister gave me a book titled "Make Ink" written by the person who runs Toronto Ink Company. Maybe you can find a copy in Portugal? The book has directions for various inks. He also recommends just experimenting with what you find. And there's also lots of information online if you search for "making natural inks".
For some source ingredients, you need to add binders and preservatives and maybe other things, but not the ones I made. The black walnut ink was easy: soaked the husks in water for a few days, then strained it and boiled it down in an old pot for a while, then added some cloves as a preservative. The pokeberry was more work, and the color is not permanent, but it was fun to experiment with!
Happy Birthday Sweetheart! (And if it didn't arrive yet... your present is on it's way.)
Inês,thank you so much for the birthday wishes and your present which arrived on point! What a surprise! You're simply the best! ❤️
AMA: Sender's Choice-September:::Sent the re-send on march 9th. International mail may take longer than usual, but I hope you get it soon and can re-rate! :)
