I love paper. Books, making books, altering books, cards, stamping, ephemera, (vintage, vintage-like). I'm starting to explore Junk Journaling.
I enjoy swapping with people from around the world. I understand that the mail systems can have flaws and things may not arrive to their destination. I pledge to reach out more than once before rating a 1 or a 3. I would really appreciate the same courtesy.
I often include extras that are profile based, not for the hearts (I do appreciate them though!) but because I have so much stuff to share and would like to bring a smile to people's faces. That said, please rate your swap. (I always will) It helps me continue to improve what I send out, and lets me know you received my envelope.

An anecdote inspired by your comment about books such as Benjamin Bunny. I flipped through "Mr Tiger Goes Wild" which I saw on the free shelf at my library. It had an inscription along the lines of "dear so-and-so, our kid loves to go wild at times. How about you?" The book was scribbled on throughout, too much even to be rescued for mailart. I wonder if the parents (or gift giver) looked at that and thought "probably not what note-writer meant by going wild, but there it is." :^)
Welcome to Cold Hands Warm Hearts! It's great to have you here!
Blessings,
Yvonne
Thank you for the surprise postcard. I appreciate you sending to me even if it was unintentionally addressed. :) The postal system did rough it up a bit but it adds character and shows it has had a journey. Take care.
I am absolutely blown away by the surprise mail that made its way to me. I cannot believe you made this card! It's fantastic, and I am beyond impressed and thankful you chose me to send it to! What a pick me up this was after all that has gone on! The tea is one of my favorites, and I am pumped to add your kitty to my album!! Also, I appreciate the fun paper clips and the shark pendant is phenomenal!! I'm assuming you made the mini card as well? You are so talented! Thank you ever so kindly, again, for sending me such cheer!
💜💜Thank you so much for the RAK Birthday card. Very thoughtful of you and truly lifted my spirits. - Zoe @drmom
