Comment: awesome thanks! i like/don't like the running each am tip (dislike cuz i hate exercise, like cuz it's a great tip!) ... my problem is i feel weird/embarassed running on a main road. there is a park i could get on the bus and go to but it seems too much effort, plus i'd have to carry money, which means a wallet or something and the more you carry the more you carry when you run ... i yi yi. i could run on the promenade by the water dwon the hill but it's so cold still :p and windy. dang it i just need to do it. going to check out the web sites. thanks so much for the 11+ tips! :)
