I have received your recipe for Fig Jam as part of the F Recipe Postcard Swap. This swap has been so much fun because I have received so many wonderful and unique recipes that are now on my "to try list." Your recipe for Fig Jan is no exception. Fig Jam is not something I have heard of in the U.S., but it sounds YUMMY. Will have to do some metric conversion, but that will be good for me. I look forward to having more Swap-bot encounters. I do hope you are having a pleasant Spring season. I think I am right when I say Spring season?

Response: Hi Barb, Yes it is Spring here at the moment, although in Melbourne our Spring jumps a bit between nice weather and very rainy days... I used to live at a house that had a fig tree in the backyard, I do hope you make the Fig Jam, it is delicious :)
