I haven't had couscous but will have to give it a try; your mentioning quinoa reminded me of how, at a group interview for HEB in college (I wanted to work as a cake decorator, but my unavailability on weekends shot my chances), each group had to come up with a pitch for quinoa (which some people didn't know how to pronounce). It was like being on a game/improv show. Hope you and your family had a relaxing, good Thanksgiving ♥

I hope you get to do everything on your list. I earned my second degree in my 50s, so anything is possible! As for your son, who knows when his "element" will become clear. My daughter's talent for being a teacher of children has been evident since she was about 4 or 5. Her oldest daughter's love of both science and fashion design (totally the opposite in scope) has been there since she was very young, as has her first son's desire toward marine biology. But her younger son and daughter - who knows? And they are currently 12 and 9. And have fun renovating an old house, if you get to do that! I live in a house built at various times from 1870 to 1960 (we could tell from both the deed and from items found in the walls and floors of various rooms. We started out with an eye toward restoration, but later found that it was just too expensive, and our house is not some unique historical building. So we ended up just renovating - and we are nowhere done yet, after 25 years! Take care and good luck with your list!
