Comment: Thanks for the "Chunk":) Yes my KLR is a tiny bit big for me, had to get custom foam seat done and install lowering links so my feet could touch the ground lol! Hoping to head out on a road trip soon (if it stops raining!). Hope your weather is fine and July is going well for you so far! I do have a few aerogrammes, I sometimes travel with them if I want to send a longer note, gotta love a built-in envelope:)

Comment: Sent an envelope of flimsy Ad cards for a profile based destash. I don’t even like the ads they sent, let alone asking for no ad cards. I sent a message asking for them to resend because I thought they may have been confused and they never replied to the first and didn’t even read my second message.

Comment: Thank you, Raoul, for the postcard. For two seconds, I thought it was Victoria, BC - capital city of my province. Then it said Australia in the tiny corner. Reminded me the links of colonization and the commonwealth. They were not very original in naming places, huh? =p

Comment: I have never seen people on a maxicard before. Yes, Scope is a MUCH better name. My best friend's husband is a wheelchair used as is one of my cousins. It is great the post offices in Australia sell maxicards - I wish the USA post offices did! I also like aerograms. Do you swap them blank or written? Bought or homemade?
Response: Hi AmyMarie:) as a rule I send the Australian maxicards written as they come with prepaid postage, and we send for fun and not serious collectors. There are plenty of old stock maxicards and aerogrammes around in Australia, if you look hard enough, and they tend to be less cost than new ones and postage included. I guess the old ones will be used up eventually and we'll have to buy new ones. I have met one or two through the mail who make their own maxicards complete with postmarks, a lot of time and effort - but most impressive. Happy to swap aerogrammes if you have any :)
