Hello, I am currently in the process of moving to Oregon, so I have had to step away from swapping just for a short time, I am excited to get swapping again in October.

Hi there! My name is Gina, I live in Sunny California but grew up in Montana. So although I do love the warm weather I really miss the blue sky's, open spaces, beautiful mountains, and yes even the snow of my beautiful Montana. I love spending time with my family and friends and I am so proud of my daughter who is in her fifth year as a teacher, she continues to amaze and inspire me. In my down time when I am not working I love to bury myself in my art room. I love to draw, paint (acrylic & watercolor), make jewelry (Steampunk and Resin are my new favs) , love paper arts, altered images and ATC's. and I love, love, love my gemstones. If I ever change careers I would consider Gemology. Bright shiny things make me smile. Last but not least, I have a pretty cool new cat, I adopted her from the shelter. I lost my cat after 12+ years last December and it was time for another fur-ball in the house. Her personality is really blooming and she makes me smile. She is also a good companion for my daughters cat, he is equally awesome.

I will listen to almost anything, almost. I think the 80's pretty much has the best music ( Love those big hair bands) that most likely dates me, but I do love Rock, Pop, Hip Hop, Alternative, Blues and some Rap.

I rarely have time to read, but I take my Nook out with me for a chance to read a few pages when ever I can. I do love finding that book that you can't put down. I don't really have a favorite genre or Author, just simply what interests me at the time.

I love movies, comedy and thrillers, but my all time favorite is Sci-Fi. Yup, most likely a bit of a nerd but Firefly, Wyvern, Sharknado, Frankenfish will most likely give you a good introduction to what you will find in my DVD collection. I also love comedy's, just seems to lighten the mood. Superstore, Food Network, and drum roll please....90 Day Fiance are a few of my guilty pleasures in my downtime.

As I mentioned above I love to draw (pencil, markers, chalk) paint (mostly watercolor and acrylic). I love paper arts, love to make cards, ATC's and inchies. I love working with gemstones, both reading/learning about them and setting them in jewelry, Tourmaline is my all time favorite. Lately you will find me making jewelry (Resin, Steampunk, anything with beads, and altered pieces and I love to re-purpose). I find creating any artwork to be totally soothing and therapeutic, could also be the wine, but I am going to say it is the art.

I love both coffee and tea. I love chocolate (milk, dark, and white) but don't really care for flavored chocolates. Cherry and Apple Jolly Ranchers make me smile. I love all art supplies, I love to re-purpose almost anything especially vintage pieces. I love old papers and vintage bits for ATC's. I love gemstones both cut and in the rough form, cabochons as well. I use and wear mostly silver but I do like all metals. I like small flat rocks. I love acorns, moss and other pieces of nature, dried flowers are a favorite. I love all beads, big and small but do not have a use for pony or seed beads as I already have a life time supply of both of them. I love, love, love anything Santa themed. I love to cook. My favorite colors are green (all shades), pinks, blues, black and white,silver (ok, I love most colors but rarely wear yellow and orange as it doesn't look good on me). I have pierced ears and love all jewelry, rarely caught with out it. Last but not least, lip gloss and lip stick, cant live with out it.
