About Me

Nurse, student, crafter. Grandmother, wife and mother of 3 young adult sons. Favorite colors: red/purple, olive, black, brown and lately, pale blue. yarn likes:wool, thick wool, feltable wool, superwash wool and any other kind of wool. I'd like to try Ozark Handspun sometime but it's a bit pricey. I love good black or green loose leaf or bag tea. Don't like Chai. I have recently started reading C.S. Lewis' adult geared books. I think he's great. I don't know if I'll ever enjoy the Chronicles Of Narnia. I like non-fiction, biography, historical fiction and knitting books. yarn dislikes: acrylic take or leave: mohair I love black and white photos of landscapes and architecture and anything to do with trees.

Favorite Music

Rock, Blues, Bluesrock Favorite artists:Ray Charles, Tesla, Counting Crows and Bon Jovi for sentimental reasons. I also enjoy Southern gosple. I don't like country or rap.

My spare time.

When not working or commuting and knitting, I enjoy pursuing an education. I'm an RN with an Assoicates Degree and will have my Bachelors degree by mid 2008. I'm also learning Latin from a friend that is a teacher.

Hi Susan. I just noticed your comment. Isn't that movie great? I bought the soundtrack too. When I think back to the movie, I forget that it wasn't in English. It was that good!
