2/3/2022 unresolved one (1): during that time and for some months afterwards i was unable to tend to my snail mail responsibilities. i reached out to the person recently and explained and they kindly agreed to let me send the swap to rectify it and change my rating. i have sent out the swap, however, this person hasn't logged on since (jan 12, 2022), so i can't do much about it at this point.
