I love knitting socks and lace shawls so if you're sending yarn anything lace-weight or sock-weight, particularly hand-dyed.

My favourite colours are pinks and purples but I like most colours except bright oranges and greens.

I'm always on the lookout for unusual buttons and knitting accessories including tape measures, stitch markers and point protectors. I've just learnt to crochet so crochet accessories are also good.

I love bath salts but only buy natural products that aren't tested on animals. I also adore candles and aromatherapy oils and incense.

I love to cook and bake so any little kitchen gadgets or unusual ingredients are always welcome, although I'm vegetarian and try to buy organic where I can.

I don't drink coffee but love tea (including herbal and green teas) and chocolate. When it comes to sweets and treats I am a chocolate snob and only like very high cocoa-content, high quality chocolate but I'll eat any type of crisps (potato chips).

I have just got 3 leghorn chickens and they are keeping me amused.

Knitting, needlepoint, baking. I learnt to crochet this year and have become interested in amigurumi. Also got into dyeing with natural plant dyes this year which ties in with my love of gardening and growing vegetables, fruits and herbs.
