Comment: Thank you for your wonderful board. I loved the crocheted sunflower. Sunflowers are one of my favorites. Here is my board if you wanted to check it out.
I hope that one pin if not two will bring a smile to your face:-)
Response: Thank you for your sweet remarks! Your board is lovely :) Sunflowers always bring to mind fond childhood memories for me.
Comment: I'm writing this on December 17th. This swap was due on November 30th. The swapper has last logged in on November 21st. She never contacted me about being late, only claims in her profile that she could send her swaps in December. Courtney, if you come back and want to contact me and send again, I'm willing to change this 1 into a 3.
Comment: I hate to do this but I contacted this partner awhile ago saying I never got this swap (the swap happened in September) she contacted me back and said she would not deal with it till December. I still have not heard back I would be more than happy to rerate if/when I receive anything.
Comment: I contacted the swapper and she said she would resend the package, I never received anything or heard anything else about it. It was brought to my attention that her other 2 partners never received anything either. I will gladly change the rating if I receive something.
Comment: It is now 2 months since the send by date and I have not received anything. On October 17th, you messaged me you would resend that weekend. I messaged you yesterday and you replied saying you never actually got around to sending out the resend swap, but you failed to tell me you wouldn't be able to send. In this case, since it has been 2 months I have to rate you a one. I will rerate if I ever receive anything.
Comment: I love the ATC- the quote you included in the design is wonderful! Thank you!
Response: Yay! I am glad to hear you are enjoying the ATC I made. Spring is such a fun season! I have only made a handful of ATCs, but I enjoy including quotes on them. I think it is a great way to showcase them. Many thanks for the heart :)
Comment: Thank you for the craft! I don't much use business cards, but I'm thinking the little wallet may be perfect for stamps and address labels, or behavior tickets for my school (instead of straight in my pocket, then all over when I forget to take them out before laundry). I LOVE the fabric...such a pretty color.
Response: You're welcome! Thank you so much for hosting. I love your idea of using the little wallet for stamps!! I'm glad you will be able to find a use for it, and that you enjoy the fabric I used. It's one of my favorites :) Take care!
Comment: Thanks for the cool card holder, great job working with vinyl. The cell case and Nosie Cozies I made for my swappers had clear vinyl pockets too! Working with vinyl on sewing machines is a feat, right? I used wax paper and tore it away. If you know an easier way I'd love to know :-) thanks for swapping.
Response: Thank you! I appreciate the heart :) I poked around the internet for some tricks for working with vinyl. My favorite suggestion - and the one I used - was to put tape on the foot. I put a strip of tape on each side and trimmed it down. This left the middle clear for the needle. It worked great! Wax paper is a good idea, as well. I imagine that would create a good amount of waste, though. Vinyl was a bit intimidating at first, but I think I will be sewing with it much more now.
Comment: thanks a lot!
The package stamps confirm it was sent on a timely manner, but it took over 7 weeks to get here!!!
Everything sent as swap requirements stated, and an extra heart for sending heavy items on an international package... I can't wait to try all the stuff!!! (I got food and I'm happy about it!)
Response: I was beginning to wonder...nearly 2 months to get there?!? That's crazy! I knew it would take some time, but did not realize it would be so long! I'm glad to hear the package made it safely and you are able to enjoy it. I thought you'd be excited about the food :) You'll have to let me know how the soup turns out. Thank you for the heart!!
Comment: The photos are beautiful and do a great job showing what your region is like. My favorites are the deer, the waterfall, the dog Tank, and the flags on campus. One issue: your blog seems to have an issue where the text about each picture doesn't display correctly. I tried on two different computers (and with different web browsers) and couldn't read the second line of text. Anyway, thanks for the good communication and gorgeous photos!
Response: Yay! I'm glad you enjoyed the photos :D I love Oregon. It is a beautiful place. Thanks for the heads up on the blog. I'll look in to it.
Comment: Thanks for the letter! It arrived safely but late (which may or may not have been the fault of the post office, the envelope was in pieces!) I will be replying back soon!!
Response: Oh, no! I'm so glad the letter arrived safely despite the mess made of the envelope. The postal worker even measured it to make sure it would process properly and whatnot. That's too bad :( Sorry! I am excited for your reply. Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
Comment: Thank you so much, I love everything. I have just started making atc's and the flowers and gems will be fantastic for those. I've been looking everywhere for small embellishments and couldn't find any - these are absolutely perfect.
Response: My pleasure :) I had so much fun putting your jar together!! Thank you for the heart.
Comment: Thank you for your letter and especially for the cross stitch threads! You chose perfectly as I love receiving anything to do with cross stitch! I will definitely write back but enjoy your trip to the Dominican Republic.
Response: You are most welcome! The trip to the D.R. was wonderful, thank you. I appreciate the heart and look forward to your reply!
Comment: My apologies on the late rating, I promise you that I did not do this on purpose. My life has been so hectic in the past few months. I have been meaning to get around to all the things I have to do. I'm sooo sorry! Great Job btw. The banana cake with cream cheese looks heavenly.
Response: No worries! Life happens. Thank you for the kind words and the heart! I hope things have settled down for a little bit so you can catch your breath.
Comment: Wow what a great card. Very artsy! 7 different tapes on the card and 3 additional tapes on the envie. 10 different tapes !!!! I would love to peek in your tape container in your craft area.
Wish I could post a pic it was great Thanks.
Comment: Fireflies and tatting, I love it :-) And good luck with your journey toward becoming a practicing physical therapist. And of course, enjoy your trip to the Dominican Republic - and safe travels. Bucket lists can be so interesting to write - always surprising what shows up on them, at least mine was.
Have a good week!
