What do I do with dirt... Well.. I collect it.. I'll keep it in the baggy along with the letter you sent and later I'll find a suitable glass jar and label it. My mum and I have collected dirt from all over the world- Japan, Australia, Pompei ash, different places in the States, etc... Thank you again for the wonderful package!

Comment: Hello! Thank you very much for the beautiful postcard and the message you wrote :) . Our summer was very hot, too, but now it's cooler again. I already checked out some of your Flickr photos!

Comment: I like the card you sent. Yes the bridge is hell to drive over and it costs so much. I only cross it to go to Jersey when I go back home. We didn't get much of Earl, just a little rain and some slightly stronger than normal winds. I'm sure the beach got more than we did, but I won't go down there until tourist season is over, unless I'm in need of postcards to send off. Right now I have a stack of about 300 for sending purposes, so I don't think I'll need to go there until after tourist season, after Halloween. It's weird that you have Lupus too. I was diagnosed after 4 years of constant sickness, but my step dad always used to say he thought I had Lupus when I was a kid, because of the butterfly rash. I always thought he was teasing me, but I guess he was serious. Of course, back then I didn't know what Lupus was. I'd love to see your pictures of the islands. I would love to go there one day, but it's across the bridge. lol I hate bridges and tunnels so much.
