About Me
Welcome to my profile!
I am a catsitter, bookbinder and paper artist. I love to read, to cook, to bake. Most of my free time goes into making journals, notebooks, cards and stationery. I like to recycle and upcycle. I like to share what I make with people all over the world! Therefore hand made cards, mailart and snail mails are very welcome.
I love to read. Usually historical fiction, classic and modern literature, philosophy, psychology and essays. Some of my favourite books ever: - The Night Circus - The Gargoyle - The Thirteenth Tale - The parfum - everything by M. Yourcenar, T. Mann, H. James
I have a Little Free Library in my front garden, it is a wonderful way of exchanging books.
I like to listen to classic music, usually chamber or choir music. But most of all I love the silence, at home or in the nature.
I live as environmentally conscious as I can and I am vegetarian. I love animals, expecially cats ❤
My favourite seasons: fall and winter.
I speak Enlish, French, Dutch and Italian.
I see Swap-Bot as a chance to spread love and to put a smile on someone's face.

Food and drinks
I don't have a sweet tooth and don't eat sugar.
I love coffee!
I don't drink herbal teas, only real black tea without additives and artificial flavours. I adore Earl Grey tea.
Finnish swappers, if you can send me a bag of Perinteinen Joulutee I would be grateful forever!!
Wishes
If you look at my likes you can find all my wishes... I love to receive small things but above all I love to read about you, your thoughts on life, love and art, your experiences... I prefer a beautiful handwritten letter to material things. So please add a letter or at least a small note to the swap!
Flaking and rating
I am here because I like this a lot and as I am basically a giver I enjoy sending nice things to people. When I send a swap I take multiple pictures of everything (envelopes, cards, packages) so if you don't receive something please contact me. Post to the USA or Asia will take up to 12 weeks to arrive. Please be patient! If you at last won't receive a swap I'll be happy to resend!
I shall always rate the sender as soon as I receive an item.

💕❤️💕Wow - an awesome mail art envie. Thank you very much! It is so creative to use the bag, I love it and will reuse it somehow. I love the July MAW - although no wishes were posted this month. The whale cutouts are so cute and the hilarious whale balloon is a hoot. The floral napkins will make into beautiful mail art envies.

Hi Patrizia! Thank you for all the beautiful wishes for June's MAW! I love the little folder that held everything - postcard, bookmarks, stickers and your note! I LOVE Japan - we try to go every year. It is such an amazing country! I hope you can get there, you will not be disappointed! I have read a good bit of modern Japanese books (in English of course!) and enjoy them! So much about Japan that I love!! Thank you for this gorgeous themed set of wishes!! Thank you so much for the thoughtful stickers and bookmark! I love it all! You have nailed my style and it thrills my soul and heart, thank you. :) And irises are my husbands favourite flowers, I love the range of blues and purples the achieve.
The weather is quickly warming here and we are already under water restrictions for the summer. I am hoping for a few more good rains before the heat and fires start up too bad.

Thank you for the April MAW wishes! I find the rain in Spring to be able to get cozy and warm. I love Spring to get outside, but than I am glad for those rainy days to do things inside. It makes me come indoors to get things done.
