Updated 9/1/2023 Currently living in IL, in the process of moving here permanently. Can’t buy a house until my kids are able to buy our house, so we’re adventurously living in a RV for the moment…I kinda like it! I’m not working now, so I have extra time on my hands.

Updated10/24/2019 Moved to Missouri in April...slowly getting back into Swapping!

2018 has been a hard year so far! My son, Silas (19), has called it the "Year of Loss."

Lately, with my work schedule, I've been having a difficult time getting to the post office, so I've been dropping my swaps in the blue drop-off boxes. If anything comes to you with postage due, please just let me know, and I'll definitely make it up to you.

SENDING AND RATING:

Swapping is a fun, creative outlet for me. Swap-bot gives me a place to learn new techniques and try new ways to express myself. I've never had a lot of technical "artistic" skill, but I try very hard on every swap to make something that is good quality.

I promise that I will always fulfill my swaps and rate fairly. If you haven't received something from me, or you feel my swap doesn't meet requirements, please contact me before rating, and I will gladly re-send. I will also do the same for you.

Most recently, I worked as a Preschool Teacher for four years. At this time, I'm not working, but spend a lot of time volunteering at my church.

Formerly, I worked as a Biofeedback Therapist and weight loss coach at a family-owned alternative health center. As a Biofeedback Therapist, I ran bio-energetic scans on people and educate clients on natural health options they can use to get their body into balance. Currently working towards certification in Traditional Naturopathy while I help my husband at the church.

I love pretty things...shabby chic and floral themes are my favorites. I also love anything vintage and anything antique-looking. And butterflies! I love butterflies!

I do consider myself a Christ-follower; please don't think that I am here to judge anyone. I have quite a few planks in my own eye that I need to work on before I start digging at anybody else's "splinters." I really do believe that "love is the whole, and more than all." (e.e. cummings--one of my favorite poets!)

I'm completely fascinated by MBTI theories. I am an INFJ who is always trying to overcome the aloof first impression I seem to make on people. I think I have a pretty good sense of humor, but again that darn INFJ madness keeps it pretty well hidden until I know who you are.
