Response: I am not sure what happened to your package.... I have the reciept from the post office right here saying it was send and it has the customs # on it and everything. I will resend you out a package of ribbons and hopefully you get this one!! Can you please send me a message with your address on it, I want to be sure that this one will get to you. *UPDATE* I sent an email and never recieved a response as if my 2nd package arrived. Response: No, it wasn't a punch. It was actually a pattern that you trace on the back of a paper and after you cut it out you fold the petals over each other. Aren't they so pretty?? :)
