Response: Hi Andy, so sorry I wrote in French. I miss Belgium. I hope everything is ok there. I am glad you liked the seeds. The Geogian Candy Roaster squash can be cooked in so many ways. I love to cut it in half and roast it in the oven with a drizzle of olive oil on top. bon appΓ©tit.
