Comment: omgh...I just opened this and laughed....I have been gel printing the last couple of days...am working on multiple layering and watching a youtube vid for guidance until I get the hang of it!...I like both your zines....I like the way the black came out on the stickers...looks like a gel printed letter!...the combo on the "bad copy" all works together and looks awesome...so not a tosser...a keeper!! both turned out real nice!!....thanks for both and the goodies....cheers!

Comment: Lori, thank you for the zine and the explanation of your procedure. It's always helpful to know what worked for other people and what didn't work out so well. I found out from another swapper that photos copy much better than the regular printed paper does. Now I compose my zines on the computer for the most part and then print it out of photo paper for copying onto plain paper for the final zine. And like you, I'm trying to figure out how to get the edges to look the way I want them to. Personally, I don't mind the white border at all. But I love the background techniques that you used! Thanks for a great swap!

I had to laugh about your problems with the Smile Power face; I did a 'torn paper' postcard once that included a duck among some cattails. While the duck and the cattails weren't too hard, making that perfectly round eye by tearing paper into a circle was a real challenge!! Thanks for a fun swap!!
