Comment: I'm sorry for rating you this :( I know you were ill, i'm just giving this because the rating is due, and i see you're partially suspended now, but i hope things work out, and I'll for sure re-rate once i receive!
Comment: I sent a message to you on November 21st, and as yet is remains unopened. I can understand if something happened, however some sort of communication is in order. If you do send the swap eventually, I will gladly change this rating.
Comment: This was due 12th of November and you have updated your profile then, after being late in multiple swaps, saying you've been ill and that you would be contacting all your partners. To this date (27/11) I have not heard anything from you and you haven't logged in for days. I'm forced to leave you this rating, maybe it'll prompt you to get a hold of your swaps and et back to all of us who have been waiting. I hope you're ok but please, finish what you've started. I will change this rating if I get the swap.
Comment: Thank you Charissa for the lovely envelope you sent me. I really appreciate the used stamps. The Eiffel Tower stamper and the Bonjour! made me smile. I guess I'm getting known as the Eiffel Tower woman, lol. It was also very nice to get a Hawaii postcard. I'm not sure I have ever seen one. Thanks again. Rebecca
Comment: I love your photos! So neat to see some from France! Not sure about the cracked slab, though. My great-great-grandparents and one of their sons had full slabs on their graves, and one of them is cracked. But none of them give the appearance of lots of dark, empty space underneath! Thanks for sending them!
Response: haha - yeah, that was weird! Not sure I would have wanted to be there at night ;)
Comment: Can't wait to open it! Your mermaid stamps are so cute!!
Response: Mahalo! Now that I'm actually USING my rubber stamps, I felt totally justified in splurging on a bunch of fun new ones. ;) hehehe! Hope you enjoy the gift, too, when you open it! Thanks for the heart!
Comment: Wow, you were definately chosen by God just for me, as that is MY favorite verse as well! I love how you made it into a bookmark! The "extra" bookmark as fabulous as well and I really love it. I might borrow your idea next time I have to make a bookmark for a swap. Is that embossing on the ends, or some kind of sticker? Thank you!!
Response: Mahalo! I'm really glad you like them! It is a sticker. I ordered a roll of it on ebay :D They came from China and I typically have to glue them, as they don't stick well on their own, but I love the design so I do it :D
Comment: Thanks for the item! I've put it in my stocking for Christmas. Not long now! EDIT: Opened on Christmas. Thank you for the turtle notecards! I have a friend who loves turtles... haven't decided to keep these great cards or give them as a gift :-) Thank you!
Response: Yay! Glad I'm not the only one waiting to open them :)
Comment: Thanks for the package! I'm waiting to open my gift but my cat was impatient so opened hers right away. ;) Thanks! I love the snowman noses too. :) Added 12/24 -- Love the luggage tag and teas! Thanks -- Merry Christmas!
Response: haha! I have a few impatient kitties of my own, so I know how that goes ;) In fact, Frank opened Diva's Christmas stocking last year to get that same toy out and play with it. That was why we choose it for you - we knew it was a hit :D
Comment: Thank you so much for the wonderful map card of Hawaii!!! I have a ton of family in Charlotte! What a small world we live in! lol I would have to agree with you though; a tropical island is so much better than here! :D <3
Response: Wow! How long have they been there? My mom and her siblings all grew up in Charlotte and my grandmother lived there until she died in mid 1980's. That was the only place that felt like home, since we would go visit many times a year.
Comment: Just so you know, you're getting robbed because I'm an easy grader. I give out a lot of hearts with my ratings. Then I feel bad when I get a card like yours which obviously has so much effort put into and I feel like I'm not rating high enough! Thanks!
Response: LOL! Thanks :D I had a lot of fun making it!
Comment: Thank you for the great posty & sharing your project! I'm decorating my sons bookcase with bumper stickers of places we've been & bands he's seen... Hope to see pic's of your project in flickr sometime.
Comment: Thank you so much for the lovely inchies...yes, they are very late, but I completely understand that things happen in life. I'm giving you a heart because you deserve one...you made up the swap and you sent a big, fat envelope full of amazing extras. Thank you, Charissa...I hope we swap again soon!
Response: Thanks for being SO gracious! I hope we swap again, too :D
Comment: Greeting Charissa! Thank you so much for the lovely card and the goodies. I enjoyed your letter. My husband might win next year and I'd be spending the holidays in Jamaica. Even with my disabilities I can still swim so I might borrow your idea of snorkeling. Mele Kalikimaka to you and yours.
Response: Mahalo! Holidays in Jamaica sounds amazing to me :D
Comment: Aloha! Thank you for the beautiful Christmas inchies that you sent me.
I also liked the stamped images. The little boy flying the fish kites (at least that is what I think it looks like) is my favorite. And the coffee cups too.
Thanksgiving blessings, ellie
Response: you're welcome. For Boys' Day, it is an Asian tradition for boys to get a fabric fish on a stick, so it looks like it is flying. (Hard to explain but it is cute.) I'm newly married into an Asian family and so I was really excited when I found that stamp :D Mahalo for the heart!
Comment: got your inchies, hahaha i am so glad that it made it here because it had only a .20 cent stamp on it that is to funny. Love the inchies and the paper clips and the USS Arizona Memorial post card very nice thanks a lot
Response: LOL! They were mailed from the Post Office counter (I wasn't sure how much it would cost with the paper clips), so I know they started out with the right postage - weird! Glad they made it. :D Thanks for the heart.
Comment: Thank you so much for your lovely letter & awesome photos, how lucky are you to wake up to such beautiful surroundings everyday, you are blessed! We share a love of baby photography, they make me extreemly broody!! We will write back to you soon, thank you for putting in such lovely efforts to this swap, have a great weekend x
Comment: Loved your pictures. How great to have a seal right outside your door. As for the kittens, I understand...for many years I fostered orphan puppies and bottlefed many of them (my daughter now has one of my bottle babies, now about 3 years old)
Comment: I couldn't wait...WOW! I was given a blue Hawaiian beaded purse yesterday by my aunt - my new favorite purse - and I needed a calendar by this Thursday! Such super timing and what a great gift!!! I would never be able to find something like that over here, and the months in Hawaiian were SOOO cool! Thanks so much!!!
Response: Yay!! I'm glad you didn't wait since you needed it now - hehehe :D Mahalo for the heart!!
Comment: Thanks very much for your lovely parcel. It was the first time I've ever received email updates of where the parcel is, and that was pretty cool. For far, I've eaten the two little biscuits, and I'm going to try the Hawaiian Host's soon. They sound yum, but my diabetes won't thank me if I eat them all today. Ha ha. I'm going to save the wrapped gifts till Christmas. They'll look pretty under my tree. Thanks again for a lovely swap. Here's hoping my package reaches you quickly too <3
Comment: THANK YOU so much!! Love the items for each of them! Especially their names with graphics! I'll be sending them out to them Tuesday for sure!! Thanks for putting Boofle on my note, you're a great swapper!!
Comment: Hay ya gurlfriend, got my envelope full of delish goodies. I have never seen stickers like that b4. How cleaver: my name, a retro TV, etc.....all the green in the land. Its a beautiful gift. Thank YOu! OXO, KiT
Response: Yay! Glad you like them :) Thanks for the heart!
Comment: Hello Charissa,
Thank you for your creative and colorful Alphabet Inchies you created for me for this swap. Each inchie is unique within itself and has its own burst of color. This will be a nice addition to set 1 and will be a nice addition to the alphabet board I am going to make with all the inchies on it .
Response: Mahalo! Those were my very first Inchies. I'm glad they went to a good home :)
Comment: We had a lot of the same toys, even though I grew up in the 80s. My cabbage patch doll was black; I love that our parents valued diversity and understanding :-) Thanks for sharing your list and for the neat comments about each item!
Response: Yay for amazing parents!! And thanks for the heart :)
