Comment: Hello Jean, You can't beat getting a recipe that comes right after you have them for lunch, right onto the postcard, and then right into the mail. A recommendation, "Just had them for lunch, yummy!" is a great way to sell a recipe to another person. I love zucchini and so your recipe is one I will definitely try. Now that we are all done, my next step is to get all my recipes put into a book of some kind and then for the rest of 2009 and into 2010 I am going to enjoy trying all the recipes I received during this A-Z swap. Comment: Hello Jean, I thought "U" Recipes might be hard to find, but I discovered that was not the case when I went exploring. I also discovered it was not the case again, when I received 3 different recipes from my swap partners. Your recipe sounds so YUMMY that I want to make it right now to have for dessert tonight after dinner. I love all kinds of berries and then topping it with a cake mix, some melted butter and nuts makes my mouth ready to eat. It sounds like a great recipe for a couple of scoops of vanilla ice cream on top. Thanks for sharing this recipe with me and know that it will be tried very soon.
