Response: Thank you for the great rating! I bought a pound of cancelled stamps from the local stamp collector's store for $10.00. It included at least 2000 stamps of all sizes, shapes, colors and countries! I love to make things from them. Glad you (and DH) liked the ATC!
Response: So glad you liked the ATC! I have a large hummingbird stamp that I stamped onto cardstock using Staz-on ink, then I watercolored the bird with Twinkling H2O watercolors (very sparkly). Once it was dry, I used Glossy Accents over the entire hummingbird...dry again, then cut out with detail scissors. Thanks again for the great rating!

I used a sharp xacto knife and my Making Memories ruler which is clear and has a metal edge along one side (Tim Holtz has a longer ruler with the same characteristics). I glued the music paper on after cutting the shape out and then used the knife to trim it. The card is made from scrap mat board which is quite stiff. My xacto knife is my favorite tool! Inking is using Tim Holtz distress inks. He has such great tutorials! The bird is collaged purple stamps on watercolor paper. So glad you liked it!

Response: I'm so glad you like them. If your machine can zigzag, then perhaps you can finish the edges of your fabric, too. Just set the stitch length close to zero and the width to whatever you like. I hope we can trade again in the future!
