Comment: Thanks for hosting this fun swap! And thanks for sending two! I got them both today. The backup one I had to adjust the wire to and then I got it to flutter! The first one fluttered a bit when I opened the card. I’m convinced that it’s impossible to make one actually fly. 😂😂 They all just seem to only flutter a bit. I ended up making two for my partner too although I only sent the second one because it was more promising. It is such a cool project! 😍🦋
Response: Yes, and then mailing them I think smooshes them too much. But still fun to try out!

I wont tell how wonderful they look currently with bright white snow, against a bright blue sky and 80 degree temps this weekend. But, well, you know what you are missing. Comment: I think this experiment is great! You really got the texture down. And I like your use of negative space where things pop through! Same with the gold, very cool! And I love how you used an old Christmas card for your substrate, which allowed for the subtle texture on the back which you smudge colored. Just great! I am having trouble getting started on mine. I feel like I need to clean off my desk to spread out my l need ideas for a new project, but I have to finish my old ideas which are laid out here and there! I hope that's relatable! 🤓

I love all the extras you sent as well. I like to take leaves from succulents that fell off in places like Lowe’s. Free plants!🖤😆
Response: The purple one I saw a face of a bear (it was kind of cheating to send in a bear note card, priming your mind to see a bear- but didn't work!). I saw some kind of mystery track in the white one, something possibly hooved.

Response: Wow! I am shocked at how fast that got there! It was fun to make the mess, and now I have watercolor paper bloopers to use as backgrounds for future ATCs.

Response: Thanks! I printed the text out on a laser printer, put foil on top, and ran it through a laminator.

Response: Thanks! I really enjoyed doing this swap, and you were an easy partner to have, as we have very similar tastes. The Jabberwocky was just a bit of an experiment, I'm not totally happy how it turned out, but if it was recognizable, well, that's a win! I was worried about the giggle stick making the package quite suspicious to the postal staff, ha, ha! Glad everything made it alright.
