Comment: Hi Kertas! I just received this in the mail today and I was so confused where it had come from because I had completely forgotten about this swap. Has this been happening with other swaps you have sent out? I enjoyed the stamps and I think it's so cool how you are able to cancel your own stamps. I have never been to Malaysia, but it is such a beautiful country. I hope you're doing well and staying safe! -Virginia <3
Comment: Oh my gosh, this took almost six months to reach me! I'm so glad it finally got here. And you get to cancel your own stamps? That's just awesome! Thank you! (and I'm sorry that mail out of Malaysia has been so "iffy".)
Comment: Did not receive anything. Let sender know two weeks past send by date. It is now a month past and nothing has arrived.
Update 4/2/20; still nothing has arrived and sender can't provide tracking numbers for any of the sends. This swap should be thick and mailed as a package.
Update 6/12/20; envelope arrived today. Changed rating to 3 because it is so late.
Response: Hi Dinkyde, the resend was sent on Mar 31st. I believe postal services works differently at different parts of the world. For us, tracking is optional be it letters or package.
Kindly refer to www.pos.com.my and I hope that the mail will reach you safely.
Comment: Kertas, thank you for the beautiful postcard you sent to me! I'm fascinated by the subject matter, as well as by the white flower image overlay on it. This one will go into my 'special' postcard album! Thanks again! Stay safe and keep crafting!
Comment: Surprise, surprise ! your swap finally arrived in my mailbox . But what a lovely envelope..,decorated with indeed the widest washi i 've ever seen, beautiful stamps and extra tea ,a real treat ! thank you, Gladys, for the resend, it took a while but international mail is sometimes unpredictable.
Stay safe ! greetings from Belgium .
Comment: Wow, your beautiful rubber stamped stationery swap FINALLY reached me - after countless months of waiting! I assume this is one of the resends you sent as you mentioned the Chinese New Year and the original swap was to be sent in October 2019. I'm updating my rating to a 3 because of the lack of communication and how incredibly late this was sent but that doesn't change the fact I absolutely LOVE what you sent. I adore the customized rubber stamped stationery that has my name on it. It's all so pretty! Thank you Gladys!! :)
Response: I'm glad to hear that you finally got the resend! And that you absolutely love it. Thank you for updating the rating. I'll know what to do next time if it happens again but keeping my fingers crossed! Hoping for safe deliveries in the future!
Comment: Finally got the package!!!!!! Thank you for everything! I like your creativity with creating the red themed rubber stamped stationery for me. This red themed mail is beautifully put together :) Deserves more than just 1 heart ❤️ ♥️ ❤️ :)
Response: Oh wow! Finally! I'm so glad to hear that you received them and liked it! Thank you for being so patient and stay safe!
Comment: Have not received anything :( Deadline was November 18th, was sent December 2nd. It is now Jan 8th 2020 and I haven't gotten anything. Will gladly change to a 3 once I get your swap. Hope all is well 💖
UPDATE: I received your re-send today! Lovely envelope and adorable extras. Thank you so much for re-sending. P.S. you have such beautiful handwriting, it looks like you typed this! 💖
Response: Sorry to have sent the package later at the first time but l told you in advance~ AND Thank you, I'm glad you liked it!
Comment: This is beautiful collection of Washi tapes! I don't think we are giving you enough time to have all of the letters travel from your home to ours! This swap is fantastic and I'm such a lucky person to have it!
Response: I'm so glad to hear that you really loved the collection sent! Thank you for hosting and thank you for updating the rating!!! Fantastic!
Comment: Hi!!!! Thank you for the creative way in sending those lovely washi tapes. I enjoyed opening the envelope. And oh the stamp, it is so gorgeous! You also have a very beautiful handwriting. ❤❤❤ if you go to the Philippines, I would suggest Siargao island if you like beaches. It is a laid back island
with good waste management. If you like history, Cebu is a good place. If you want to see painting like views, Sagada is the place for you. 🙂
Response: I'm so glad you loved them! Thank you for the suggestions, I will definitely put them in my list of places to visit!
Comment: This swap arrived today to me in a "body bag" and the envelope was extremely tiny, it can't be bigger than 4 by 4 in. If you have sent out more swaps like this that could be why things are delayed and missing.
Response: Hi! Alright noted. I'm glad this swap reached you =)
Comment: So cute and fun! Love the envelope and how you wrote on the inside of it. 🙂
Response: I love pastels~ I am so glad you find it cute and fun! I recently learned that not all countries accept little envelopes such as these~ 2-in-1 Double win! I myself really had fun making them =)
Comment: Love it! The recipe including calamansi juice! You can actually find that here at certain farm markets!! I love it. And the paper for the recipe is gorgeous. For masks I use them to try to destress!
Response: Oh wow! I really love calamansi juice and it's a joy to have them especially during the hot summer days~ Refreshing! I'm glad you loved it & ENJOY!
Comment: Swap was postmarked 9/27 so it was sent weeks after it was due to be mailed out...I received stationary papers instead of memo papers and some sticky notes as well **EDIT:** 11/25 Swapper nailed an additional 10 stationary sheets and told me that she had now fulfilled her end of the swap by sending more...and told me to change her rating so she can join more swaps...the 3 rating stays, the issue was how late it was sent by the postmark on the envelope plus it was for memo sheets and she sent stationary sheets both times she mailed
Response: Hey, I apologize as I have misinterpret the swap, I will resend them by the end of the month and kindly rate again then =) Thanks for your understanding
Comment: Your gifts arrived and I love the stamps you used! Love them! Anyways, great packaging, I can see you did it with love and care. I'll stash the packages for under the tree, but one of them was slightly opened, so I couldn't help myself and see what's inside. And I got a facemask! Yay! I think I'll be using it soon
Response: Exactly one month since you received the swap! That's how fast time caught me and it's a great joy to hear that you loved them! Merry Christmas!
Comment: Messaged. Still have not received. Waiting for the resend. 10-10: still have received nothing. Sent message to Gladys informing if nothing is received by October 15, I will be rating a 1. I got the swap on 10-17. The envelope was postmarked 9-17 sent late, rated 3 due to not meeting swap requirements. I am sorry but as the swap host, I messaged multiple times and it was sent very late. Swap requirements stated to send by 9-9. And some of the memo sheets were sticky notes, not memo sheets. Loved what you sent, though.
Response: Hey, I remember sending memo sheets and the sticky notes were extras. Kindly check! All swaps are sent on time within the time frame and if I were to be late, I'd always leave a message.
I resend this swap with the correct Memo Sheets in Feb 2020 and is wondering if you have received it?
Comment: Thank you! I do like to travel, although I don’t have enough money to be able to go far distances, I do try to visit places closer to me that I don’t often get to see. Toronto is probably my favourite place to go, and it’s only a mere 3-4 hours from where I am now :).
Response: You're welcome! I'd love to go to Toronto someday!
Comment: Thank you for the lovely post card of the book! So cool! Also I must compliment your beautiful handwriting! The travel industry can be great but it definitely isn’t as glamorous as people think! Happy 150 years of postcards :)
Response: Yeah you are right, and it sometimes can be the worst in the service line. Thank you for the compliment and you're welcome. Happy 150 years of postcards!
Comment: Thanks for the teas and extras...what a cute little package ...absolutely loved to open my mailbox to this today... the round stamp image design with the swap name is so cute too...how did you do that? Special interchangeable stamp? I might need one of those haha
Response: I'm glad you loved them. I'll check if the stamp is available for purchase and inbox you if I found them for arrangements.
Comment: Lovely postcard! I don't know that I'll ever find myself there. I live a few hours from Niagra Falls, though and I would like to go on a boat there and I will remember my own rain jacket! Haha. Ewww.
Response: I'm glad you love the postcard! I went on the jet at Queenstown as well, similar experience but jackets provided are OK! I hope to visit Niagara Falls one day! Wonders!
Comment: I was so excited to see your package! I fell in love with everything, I enjoyed opening up each envelope! And squealing with delight! I love everything and thank you for taking the time to put together such a wonderful swap for me! Very gracious of you!!
Response: You're welcome and I'm glad you love them all as much as I enjoyed preparing the happy mail! =)
Comment: Thanks so much for the red washi Gladys! I love your handwriting, it's so pretty! Where did you get the circular stamp that had the swap name on it??
Response: You're welcome and thanks for the compliment! I got the circular stamp from Taiwan. I'm visiting again soon so let me know if you're interested to get one. I'll look out for it~ Just for you~
Comment: It arrived! Beautiful. Worth the wait. I don't know if the italian coastal scene was meant to be torn along the top edge. If not, that's OK because it gives it an artsy look. I love your penmanship and the orange ink that you used. Thank you so much.
Response: You're welcome. And yes, it was meant to be. I'm glad you liked it! Thank you for letting me to participate in the swap!
