WoW! There are a lot of yoga positions on the front of my postcard. I' ve heard lots of great things about yoga and at present at a warm water therapy class I attend, the instructor is showing us yoga positions that we can do in the water. It definitely helps with balance. This postcard is a unique topic for Y--not the average topic you would find on a postcard. Thank you for the postcard. I once worked in the office for a glass company and took advantage of the opportunity to learn how to work with glass - and took home lots of scraps. Great mix (and thanks for the extra goodies too - my daughter stole the daisy pad). I hadn't heard the Lords of Acid song since my clubbing days. And I had lost my copy of Manu Chao and that infecteous "Bongo Bong" song. I had honestly never heard the Dixie Chicks before but that song is just beautiful.
