The Gemini bear made me laugh because over the past few days I've felt rotten and have had the same disgruntled expression on my face as he has. It's so brilliant and as most all Russ teddies are - so lovely and soft! I love him. :) I also really really loved the Max Lucando quotes (my mum did as well and copied them into a book where she keeps all the poems and quotes that mean something special to her!) - just reading them sort of lifted me above this horrible lonely feeling I've been having lately - I actually cried reading one, I felt that overwhelmed by what it made me feel!! Must look up some more this mans quotes - he's fabulous! All the other bits and pieces, the 3d dimensional stickers, etc were also lovely and very useful. :D Overall it was a package that was perfect -coming at just the right time to offer a pick-me-up I so sorely needed. Just a friendly little advice about packaging, with journals and sharp edges in non padded envies they then to tear some, luckily this made it to me, as half of one side was shredded open; you may want to use padded envies or just go around with clear packaging tape to secure. Comment: Hello Lori Jean- Thank you for the wonderful postcards from Arizona. I would give you a bunch of hearts if I could because you are so generous with the postcards. One would have been adequate. I lived in Phoenix for a while as a child, and both sets of grandparents and an aunt and uncle lived in Mesa from the early 1960s until they died in the 1990s and 2000s, so I have been to Arizona quite a few times. It is very different from where I live, but very beautiful at the same time. I especially liked seeing the desert in the spring when everything was blooming.
