Response: The coin is a Korean coin. I believe that I sent you a 100 won coin. It's equal to about .10 USD. Not a lot, but they've very common and basically used like quarters there. The monetary system is divided into base 1,000. So 1,000 Korean won is about equal to 1.00 USD. Hope that helps!

Comment: Yes, this is an odd & not very pretty card. I looked up the French Translation -- it merely means no passing (around the curve the solid rather than dotted line). Not sure why a postcard would be necessary for this...
